2 wheelin'

I didn't know if Lily was ready for a bike with training wheels quite yet because the days in training with the trike seemed to last forever so I thought I'd wait until she was over ready for it to avoid frustration on anyone's part. Well, she tried Grace's bike and after some hesitation, couldn't stay off of it. So the girl needed her own bike. With all the bells and whistles....it was close to her bday so we tagged it along as an extra present from the birthday fairy and brought Grandma along to help. After some research on wheel size and some returns, we settled on this cute little number.

and had a super nice guy in our town put it together and we picked it up after ballet.

she wanted to ride it all around the shopping plaza....so we obliged.

and then brought it home for some real fun...

and after some tips on braking and turning, she was off to the races.

pure focus...

and this is the sight most of our neighbors see almost every night unless it's raining...
