court reminded me I haven't posted in awhile...and she's right....i feel like Beachbody has eaten me up and swallowed me whole (in such an awesome way) so I gotta find the balance, but it's so hard when it's so much fun!!  Here's a great group pic from our favorite watering hole

Get To Know You!

Apparently, Lily has been playing this game at school and Grady and Lily have been playing it nonstop around the clock.  So cute!

It's amazing how last summer we were teaching Grady water appreciation in his classes bc he hated it and now he is a total fish and we can't keep him out of it.

I can be a little indecisive when it comes to shopping for big things online....like our new comforters so I went a little cuckoo for cocoa puffs and ordered 8-9 bedding sets!  Maybe more!  It looked like we were ready to move again (no way!!)

KINDERGARTEN!!!

There are not adequate words to describe our excitement about how well Lily has adjusted to Kindergarten! For the past year she has said she refuses to go there..ever! Whenever we spoke about it or whenever we drove by which is multiple times a day! She told other people I was lying when I told them she was going to Kindergarten in ___ many days. We thought we were in for it. I was expecting tears until Christmas at the earliest. Then we went to Meet Your Teacher and her tune changed drastically!! Friends Forever

Sometimes they fight over a ball or "forget" to share the LeapPad and Grady still hits Lily, but there is sooooo much love and devotion between these 2 that makes my heart go pitter patter....

He (tries to) shows her the wild side and she (tries to ) shows him the calm side and together they are a perfect pair!

She's always asking for hugs and kisses and pouts like a mo-foe if he turns her away...he senses that and comes running a mile away almost bowling her over.  Rinse. Repeat.

I have a coupon disorder.  and am at peace with that.

lily starts soccer tomorrow and gpa has been out of town. ....i've missed them both a lot!!

Grady is lazy bones when it comes to his shoes on and off...someone always caters to him so he's along for the free ride.
Somehow he became a swimmer this summer and it's like the angels in heaven are singing when I can relax a little pool side and watch them jump in and out 5,647 times!

Book Lovin' G

Grady is (majorly) obsessed with books.  Doesn't matter if the mail carrier was reading books to him, he would curl in his/her lap and settle in....I think he prefers David in the end.
